Territorial
PCI
PCI Institute (Produce, Conserve and Include)
A strategic initiative of Mato Grosso to integrate agricultural expansion, forest conservation and socioeconomic inclusion. It acts as an articulator of policies, investments and projects that connect different actors.
ONF Brazil’s participation is marked by engagement in committees and territorial agendas, especially in the Juruena Valley, where it develops ecological and productive restoration projects, supports sociobiodiversity chains and strengthens Indigenous communities and settlements, consolidating the region as a practical reference for the PCI strategy.

Mato Grosso Climate Change Forum
A state-level space for dialogue and intersectoral coordination to address the challenges of climate change, involving government, civil society, academia and the productive sector. Its relevance lies in aligning strategies for mitigation, adaptation and public policy formulation.
ONF Brazil shares results from field projects, experiences in restoration and carbon monitoring, expanding the representation of the Juruena Valley in state and national climate agendas.

Municipal Council for Sustainable Rural Development of Cotriguaçu/MT
A body focused on strengthening family farming, sustainable production and social inclusion in rural areas. It is the space where policies for productive support, technical assistance and local value chains are discussed.
ONF Brazil participates by presenting methodologies and results in agroforestry systems, productive restoration and community management, supporting farmers and Indigenous peoples in the transition toward more sustainable practices.

Municipal Environmental Council of Cotriguaçu/MT
A participatory space for defining, monitoring and overseeing the municipality’s environmental policies. Its importance lies in ensuring transparent and inclusive decisions on land use, conservation and environmental recovery.
ONF Brazil contributes knowledge in ecological restoration, sustainable forest management and environmental monitoring, strengthening integration among civil society, communities and public authorities.
